Finance Co-op -Intern

About the role#

This is a paid, full-time Finance Co-op position based on-site in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The role offers exposure to either Customer Finance or Financial Accounting, providing a comprehensive look at how finance functions within a consumer goods company.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to either the Customer Finance or Financial Accounting departments.
• Manage financial transactions between the company and retail grocery customers across the United States and Canada.
• Support financial accounting activities, including financial reporting, audits, cash management, treasury, cost accounting, inventory audits, and accounts payable.
• Collaborate across functional areas such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Information Technology, and Logistics.
• Develop a broad understanding of corporate finance activities.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related major, with a preference for students completing their junior year.
• A career interest in Corporate Finance or Accounting.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with a wide range of people.
• Initiative and a self-starter mindset.
• Solid PC skills.
