About the role#
As a Device Engineering Intern, you will join the technology development organization focusing on the ULP (Ultra Low Power) CMOS product line, including automotive, IoT, and aerospace applications. You will contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of experiments aimed at creating and optimizing silicon transistor technologies. This role involves collaborating with various technology development teams to ensure product requirements for device characteristics, cost, variability, and reliability are met.
What you'll do#
- Design device test chip layouts.
- Submit and analyze inline and bench electric tests.
- Automate device analysis to improve standardization and efficiency.
- Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
- Perform all work activities in a safe and responsible manner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in an accredited Bachelor’s program for Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
