Organic Search (SEO& AI) Internship

About the role#

Gemini Agency is seeking an Organic Search (SEO & AI) Intern to join the SEO department. This full-time role provides hands-on training in SEO, AI search visibility, analytics, and automation. You will work directly with experienced marketers to support real-world client initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Help clients improve their visibility across search engines and emerging AI discovery platforms.
• Support core SEO initiatives, including keyword research, website optimization, and technical SEO tasks.
• Analyze website and search performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Create monthly performance reports that highlight the business impact of SEO and AI search efforts.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, content creators, and account managers.
• Utilize AI tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency and uncover insights.
• Assist with publishing content within client CMS platforms and page builders.
• Draft and edit content and assist with email creation as needed.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn emerging AI tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, websites, analytics, or CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.

• Location: Edina, Minnesota.
• Work Modality: Hybrid.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
• Term: Rolling.
