About the role#

GEM is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions position. This role provides hands-on experience through live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. The position includes paid training and mentorship, with opportunities for career advancement into leadership and management roles.

What you'll do#

• Represent brands and nonprofit organizations at live events and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with event attendees to create positive customer experiences.
• Promote marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and community programs.
• Manage event setup, coordination, logistics, and execution.
• Collaborate with the team to meet campaign goals while developing skills in communications, leadership, and event management.

What you'll need#

• Recent college graduates or graduating seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Academic backgrounds in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Public Health, Hospitality, or related fields.
