    About the role#

    Gallagher LLP offers a 10-week Summer Associate Program designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of practicing law at the firm. This program utilizes a rotation model, allowing participants to gain experience across various practice groups.

    What you'll do#

    • Work alongside attorneys within each of the firm's practice groups.
    • Take on meaningful assignments that contribute to real legal work.
    • Participate in a feedback-rich, collaborative environment.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student in the class of 2028.
    • Academic strength.
    • A commitment to the Baltimore area.
    • A team-oriented attitude and a sense of humility.
    • Relevant academic background in fields such as Political Science, Business Administration, Economics, History, or Communications.

    • Location: Baltimore, Maryland.
    • Term: Summer 2026 and Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Status: Full-time, paid position.
