2027 Summer Internship

About the role#

The 8-week Summer Internship Program provides students with professional experience working alongside industry experts. Interns are placed in departments such as Internal Audit, Data Analytics, Underwriting, Cybersecurity, or Business Analysis based on their skills and business needs. This is a full-time, paid position that includes mentorship, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Support department operations by assisting with daily tasks, ongoing projects, and maintaining documentation.
• Conduct research and analysis by gathering data to support decision-making and investigating industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.
• Assist in process improvement by identifying efficiencies and documenting workflows or policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations, including summaries, dashboards, and end-of-program project presentations for leadership.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a field such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Demonstrated strong academic performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; additional technical skills, such as SQL, Python, or Tableau, may be required depending on the department.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
