The Intern Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources department at Floridacentral Credit Union. This is a part-time, paid position based on-site in Tampa, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Compile, scan, file, and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Support the pre-employment process by requesting credit reports for candidates.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and candidates regarding employment and benefits.
- Input data and generate reports within the Dayforce system related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources-related course.
- Two years of similar or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize multiple, competing tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Location & details#
- Location: Tampa, Florida (On-site).
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling term.
- Benefits: Includes 401(k) with up to 5% matching, as well as paid vacation, sick, and holiday hours.
