The Music Marketing Intern provides daily support for influencer marketing campaigns while gaining exposure to Paid Media, Network Distribution, Music Seeding, and Creative Services. This role offers hands-on experience in the music industry and is designed for students seeking college credit. You will work 10–20 hours per week over a 3-4 month term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sourcing creators and developing creative strategies for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research on creators and emerging trends to support campaign proposals.
- Analyze performance data to optimize active campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to align with client goals.
- Prepare performance reports for the Influencer Marketing lead.
- Work cross-functionally with the Paid Media, Music Creative, and Network teams on various projects.
- Shadow department leads and assist with special projects as requested.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Masters program, with a preference for Music or Business tracks.
- Ability to provide proof of receipt of college credit for the internship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience with entertainment marketing and music digital advertising is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid).
- Attendance: Must be able to report to the Los Angeles headquarters 3 times per week.
- Schedule: 10–20 hours per week, flexible to accommodate school commitments.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
