Product Operations Intern

About the role#

This is a high-ownership internship for individuals early in their career. You will work alongside customer-facing and product teams to gather insights, support customer interactions, document processes, and translate real-world feedback into product improvements. This role requires initiative and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the product operations lifecycle.

What you'll do#

• Support customer implementations and onboardings alongside Customer Success Managers, including environment setup, configuration, and go-live validation.
• Build internal tooling to automate repetitive workflows and eliminate manual overhead.
• Identify process gaps and design scalable fixes.
• Own the knowledge base infrastructure, ensuring documentation remains accurate as the product evolves.
• Build and maintain reporting layers to track adoption, surface at-risk accounts, and provide visibility into operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer pain points and feature requests into clearly scoped requirements.
• Support QA for new feature releases by verifying functionality against requirements before rollout.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clearly under pressure.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks independently.
• Curiosity about B2B SaaS products and a desire to learn across product, operations, and customer success.
• Proactive mindset, including the ability to identify blockers without waiting for direction.
• Ability to represent the team professionally on customer calls.
