Marketing Intern

About the role#

FITS, LLC is seeking a Marketing Intern to support social media and content creation initiatives within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, paid internship with a hybrid work structure, requiring 30% of time in the office and 70% remotely.

What you'll do#

• Manage and update social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content and monitor online conversations.
• Develop marketing materials, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and campaign collateral.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics.
• Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing events.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content development and list management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product development teams.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department.

What you'll need#

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in writing and copywriting.
• Proficiency with Photoshop or Canva.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
