About the role#
The Vetting Analyst Intern conducts thorough and accurate vetting of businesses and their branding content. You will verify the legitimacy of business details and ensure all associated content adheres to Carrier and First Orion policies. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Verify the legitimacy and good standing of registering businesses using verified sources and customer-provided details.
- Ensure branding content, such as display names and logos, adheres to internal and Carrier policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve vetting conflicts, escalating to support resources when necessary.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to team members.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of vetting processes and procedures.
- Participate in training and development to maintain current product knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as MIS, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Investigative and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Bonus qualifications include experience in customer service, support, data analysis, research, or auditing.
