Intern - Information Technology

About the role#

This 10-week internship provides an immersive experience in the banking industry. Interns will work with various technology teams, including Emerging Technology, Digital Banking, Infrastructure, and Information Security. You will participate in meetings, receive guidance from experienced professionals, and complete projects designed to build a foundation in banking operations.

What you'll do#

• Document project deliverables, including triage and research.
• Support cloud-based analytics and reporting initiatives using tools such as Azure.
• Gather and analyze data for technology KPIs, including directory monitoring.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Current full-time undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Strong interest in computer science and problem solving.
• Ability to interface and network with people at all levels of an organization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SQL, Jira, Agile, and Azure cloud services preferred.
• Knowledge of .net, Java, Python, AI development, or Active Directory is a plus.

Location & details#

• Term: Fall 2026 (September 14, 2026 – November 20, 2026).
• Locations: Memphis, TN; Metairie, LA; or Knoxville, TN.
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: 15–25 hours per week, flexible within normal business hours.
• Compensation: This is a paid position.
