    About the role#

    First Analysis is seeking an investment banking and venture capital intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the firm's work with growth-focused business-to-business technology companies. Interns will participate in projects involving mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and proprietary investments.

    What you'll do#

    • Build financial models and develop valuation analyses.
    • Create pitchbooks and other client-facing presentations.
    • Perform due diligence for M&A and investment activities.
    • Contribute to the development of internal business processes.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
    • Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    • Location: Chicago, Illinois (Remote).
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Status: Paid, full-time.
