Financial Technology Partners is seeking a full-time Investment Banking Analyst to join the team in San Francisco, beginning in January 2027. This role involves participating in all aspects of transactions, from initial origination through to closing. Analysts work directly with senior bankers and manage the day-to-day activities of live deals, including M&A and capital raising transactions.
What you'll do#
- Complete rigorous classroom training led by seasoned bankers at the start of the program.
- Support deal teams on the day-to-day execution of M&A and capital raising transactions.
- Manage transaction workflows and contribute to all stages of the deal process.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and interact with client executives.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduates of undergraduate or Master programs, or students graduating by December 2026.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.7 or higher.
- Finance or Accounting major preferred.
- Strong quantitative, technical, data management, and research skills.
- Prior experience in finance or accounting internships is ideal.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not provided.
