Fidelity Bank is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience within the banking industry. The position runs for 16 weeks, from August to December 2026, with a schedule of up to 35 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Work as part of the HR Recruiting Team, including participation in career fairs, hiring events, and career days.
- Assist the HR Talent Manager and HR Talent Recruiter with hiring duties.
- Support internship program administration and daily departmental tasks.
- Conduct research projects to assist HR managers.
- Provide general support to the department to improve operational efficiency.
- Attend professional development training and shadowing sessions across the bank.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources or a business-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize projects and maintain a high level of professionalism.
