BT Student Specialist (Artificial Intelligence)

About the role#

The Business Technology Student Specialist (Artificial Intelligence) role is designed to pair academic knowledge with real-time experience in the financial services industry. This position offers an opportunity to grow technical skills within the Business Technology department through mentorship and hands-on project work. The assignment is intended to last 18 months, though duration may vary based on business needs.

What you'll do#

• Perform day-to-day implementation and support of organizational systems.
• Support maximum uptime for all systems and applications.
• Maintain and update technical skills to provide efficient support to end users and recommend current technologies to the team.
• Actively participate in team projects by fulfilling task assignments, meeting deadlines, and seeking the attainment of team goals.

What you'll need#

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work-related or education-related technology experience.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
• Preferred: Experience building or deploying custom AI/ML models.
• Preferred: Experience prototyping AI agents (agentic AI) and automated workflows.
• Preferred: Business acumen and business process automation skills.
