About the role#
As a Student Experience Co-ordinator within the Talent Shared Services team, you will support the administration of professional qualifications and compliance management for students and apprentices. This role focuses on data management, process development, and maintaining high standards of data integrity to support the firm's broader talent strategy.
What you'll do#
- Support the maintenance of the professional qualifications database, including creating student records and pathways.
- Run regular data integrity checks and perform audits to ensure information accuracy.
- Manage student intake activities, such as registration, tracking, and coordinating exemption impacts.
- Handle the invoicing and billing processes related to professional qualification costs.
- Manage exam results and administration for students.
- Resolve student queries regarding qualification and apprenticeship compliance.
What you'll need#
- Strong organisational and planning skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across internal and external teams.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Experience working within a shared services centre environment is preferred.
- Prior experience working with professional qualifications or apprenticeship administration is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
