Content Protection & Compliance Intern

About the role#

EverPass Media is seeking a Content Protection & Compliance Intern to support the Content Protection & Compliance team. This role involves executing anti-piracy initiatives and marketing support, working cross-functionally with sales, product, revenue operations, and customer success teams.

What you'll do#

• Monitor, document, and report on piracy-related activities.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Maintain and organize large datasets, reporting trackers, and prospect lists using Microsoft Excel and internal tools.
• Create recurring reports and dashboards to communicate piracy activity, operational performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage administrative tasks including meeting agendas, notes, and project timelines.
• Coordinate communication materials and assist in systemizing workflows for tracking and reporting.

What you'll need#

• A recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and reporting).
• Experience with project management tools such as Notion is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior marketing experience, particularly in sports, media, entertainment, or hospitality, is preferred.
