Logistics - Intern

About the role#

Everllence is offering a full-time internship for students to gain hands-on experience in global logistics operations. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support shipping and receiving functions and contribute to operational process improvements within the climate technology manufacturing sector.

What you'll do#

• Learn business processes and administrative tasks for shipping and receiving, including preparing required documentation.
• Manage the Shipment Request Tool (SRT) to support various divisions, including updating purchase orders and shipment statuses.
• Assist in booking and documentation for shipping and receiving functions.
• Communicate with domestic and international customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Observe the work environment to identify potential issues, report findings, and propose solutions.
• Identify areas for operational enhancement, research new methods to streamline processes, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between May 2025 and December 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Previous internship or work experience in logistics, inventory management, or e-commerce is preferred.
