About the role#
This full-time internship is a 12-week program during Summer 2026. The position is based on-site in Durant, Oklahoma.
What you'll do#
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, specifically focusing on the absorber drying process.
- Participate in and support kaizen and 5S events.
- Design jigs and fixtures as required.
- Assist Operations teams throughout the facility.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Experience or coursework in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S.
- Exposure to automation concepts.
