About the role#
Etaily is seeking a Legal Intern to support the legal counsel in managing daily operations and company-wide projects. This is a paid, full-time, remote internship with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the drafting and preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies.
- Manage and organize legal files, records, and databases.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and summarize key action items.
- Support legal counsel with day-to-day administrative affairs.
What you'll need#
- Currently in the 4th year of a degree program in Legal Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong research and writing capabilities.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the internet and e-commerce sectors.
