About the role#
Ensemble is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support the Partner Relations team. This role focuses on the day-to-day operations of hotel, tour operator, and specialty partner programs, including content management, troubleshooting, and partner onboarding. You will contribute to both practical tasks and strategic initiatives, helping the team identify patterns and inform decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update Member Portal sites with new content, product offers, and partner contact information.
- Conduct regular audits of partner profiles to identify outdated content and access gaps.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the Member Portal, including login problems and broken links.
- Support the onboarding process for new partners, including account setup and profile configuration.
- Manage the Hotel team's shared inbox by handling partner inquiries and coordinating internal follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on shared business priorities.
- Assist with data analysis to surface insights and support strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear written communication skills for internal and partner-facing correspondence.
- An analytical mindset with an interest in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools to streamline tasks and draft communications.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to follow-through.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
