    About the role#

    ENCON Heating & A/C is offering a 4-week paid internship program for rising seniors at CTECS High Schools. This program provides practical experience across various sectors of the HVAC industry, allowing participants to shadow professionals and contribute to daily operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with the service team.
    • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including routine inspections and equipment optimization.
    • Assist in the installation of HVAC systems for residential new construction projects.
    • Participate in commercial HVAC installations and learn about large-scale system design.
    • Work on special assignments related to energy efficiency initiatives and custom HVAC solutions.

    What you'll need#

    • Must be a rising senior at a CTECS High School.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Stratford, Connecticut.
    • Term: Summer 2026.
    • Compensation: $17 per hour.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
