About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain substantive political experience while supporting the effort to elect Democratic pro-choice women to office. Interns work across various departments, including Campaigns, Communications, Data, Design/Video, Digital, Events, Finance and Operations, Fundraising, Marketing, and Research.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to substantive projects within your assigned department.
- Participate in Lunch and Learn sessions to engage with staff at various levels and learn about organizational operations.
- Attend the signature Change the World training to develop skills for a career in political campaigns.
- Gain in-depth experience in the political sector.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work between 9:00am and 6:00pm EST.
- A commitment to the program for 10 consecutive weeks.
- Physical presence in the United States for the duration of the internship.
- Academic background in fields such as Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Public Health, or Sociology.

- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: Remote or hybrid options available. Hybrid schedules are determined by agreement with your supervisor.
- Compensation: Paid at a rate of $17.95 per hour.
- Status: Full-time.
