Summer Food & Beverage Intern

About the role#

This summer internship offers hands-on experience in food and beverage operations within a club environment. You will work alongside leadership to understand the logistics of hospitality, moving beyond observation to participate in the daily functions of poolside service, café management, and event execution.

What you'll do#

• Support daily food and beverage operations, including the poolside grill and café.
• Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of member events.
• Learn the fundamentals of scheduling, inventory management, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to a positive experience for members.
• Adapt to varying daily requirements as operational needs arise.
