About the role#
Eko Health is seeking a Clinical Product Strategy Intern to work directly with a Co-Founder on next-generation AI and digital stethoscope technology. This part-time role requires approximately 10 hours per week and is designed to accommodate your academic schedule. You will gain hands-on experience in medical startup operations while contributing to product strategy and clinical workflow development.
What you'll do#
- Conduct competitive market analysis and user research to evaluate new digital stethoscope concepts.
- Evaluate leading clinical AI products to identify successful and unsuccessful features.
- Use data to build business cases regarding product strategy and clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with the Co-Founder to brainstorm, define, and shape new feature development or enhancements.
- Independently manage assigned projects while maintaining transparent communication on progress.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, preferably in health administration, biomedical engineering, business administration, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated interest in clinical AI, medical devices, digital health, or startup operations.
- Strong analytical skills developed through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships.
- Proficiency in gathering data, researching market trends, and translating findings into clear product recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting concepts directly to leadership.

- This position is based in the United States and offers both remote and hybrid work options.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
- The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
