Student Enrollment Coordinator

About the role#

The Student Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the management and operations of the learning center, providing academic and emotional support to students. This role balances educational expertise with leadership to provide service to families and students, particularly those with unique learning and emotional challenges.

What you'll do#

• Respond to all new inquiries via phone, text, or email.
• Meet with new and returning Oregon students to select courses and track progress toward graduation.
• Maintain and update academic plans and graduation planners for learning center, international, and private pay students.
• Conduct regular check-ins with students via phone and Zoom throughout the school year.
• Enroll and track courses for learning center and international students, including assisting international students with document authentication and certification.
• Support student success by tracking NCAA progress, updating transcripts, providing letters of recommendation, and managing college application documentation.
• Troubleshoot student issues and ensure timely communication regarding course pacing and deadlines.

What you'll need#

• A Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a school, learning center, or educational organization.
• Extensive experience working with students who have learning and emotional difficulties.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with families, schools, and stakeholders.
