About the role#
The Student Accounts Coordinator supports student financial success by managing tuition payments, billing processes, and debt management guidance. This position works directly with students to navigate financial barriers, oversee tuition reimbursement programs, and ensure accurate account records.
What you'll do#
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to promote informed borrowing and debt management strategies.
- Lead financial literacy workshops to assist students with financial planning.
- Monitor and collect student tuition payments while collaborating with billing services to maintain accuracy.
- Oversee billing for tuition reimbursement programs, including employer-sponsored plans and WIOA programs.
- Conduct exit counseling sessions with graduating students to discuss loan repayment and account balances.
What you'll need#
- 2–3 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the CampusVue Student database is preferred.
