HR / L&D Co-Op

About the role#

As an HR / L&D Co-Op at ECI, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to various human resources and organizational learning initiatives. This role involves supporting projects that impact employee development and internal processes. You will work a minimum of 35 hours per week during the Summer 2026 term.

What you'll do#

• Act as a program coordinator for learning and development initiatives aimed at upskilling critical organizational roles.
• Enhance the use of social media and learning technologies to increase awareness and accessibility of L&D programs.
• Manage training logistics, including the creation of materials and tracking completion rates.
• Research and analyze HR and learning metrics, industry benchmarks, and company policies.
• Assist in the design, development, and distribution of a revised company onboarding process.
• Support special projects based on business needs, which may include risk assessments, goal-setting processes, and top-performer programs.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
