The Technology Analyst Program (TAP) is a 24-month rotational program designed for recent college graduates. Participants engage in up to four 6-month rotations across various areas of the Technology division, including Customer Experience, Cyber Security, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Technology Operations. This program provides hands-on technical training and professional development to help launch your career. Participants will join the company in September 2026, and upon successful completion, may be eligible for permanent role placements based on business needs and career goals.
What you'll do#
- Work on technical projects including full-stack development, infrastructure development, Machine Learning, AI & Big Data, cyber security, technology support, project management, and business operations.
- Participate in ongoing skills-based learning and professional development training.
- Contribute to the company culture through engagement and volunteer opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A recently completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in technology.
- A basic understanding of programming principles such as Java, Python, C, HTML, CSS, or SQL.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and perform various job functions within a technology organization.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization.
