2026 Summer Intern (LA)

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment alongside architects, landscape architects, and planners. Interns will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential communities, resort and hospitality developments, themed entertainment, and urban regeneration. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, ranging from initial conceptual work to final construction documentation, while working with project teams of varying experience levels.

What you'll do#

• Participate in design charrettes, client meetings, and project calls to improve communication with team members, consultants, and clients.
• Develop technical skills through mentorship from project team members, gaining experience with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand drawing.
• Assist in the development of documentation packages to meet client needs.
• Gain practical knowledge of the creative process across all project phases.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an Architecture, Urban Planning, or Graphic Design program.
• Familiarity with design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
• An understanding of project phases, from concept development to construction documentation.
• A portfolio must be submitted for consideration.
