Student Co-op - Southeast Michigan

About the role#

DTE Energy is accepting applications for a multi-term student co-op program in Southeast Michigan. This posting serves as a centralized hub to fill various co-op opportunities throughout the year. The program is designed to provide professional experience relevant to your field of study while working in a team environment that values diversity and inclusion.

What you'll do#

• Participate in the Co-op Program across multiple terms.
• Complete an application questionnaire to help match your interests and background with available roles.
• Receive specific job details once a match is verified with a hiring leader.
• Participate in behavioral-based interviews using the STAR method.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (or a graduating high school senior attending college in the fall).
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Minimum age of 18 by the start date.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours per week for two or more terms.
• Ability to provide an official transcript or college acceptance letter prior to an offer.
• Relevant majors include Electrical, Civil, and Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting.
• Some roles may require a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
