The Engineering Product Data & Attributes Intern will support the Gaskets and Sealing Attribute Project. This role provides hands-on experience in product management, engineering data, customer requirements, and automotive aftermarket operations by maintaining product data and supporting data quality initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Review engineering prints and technical documentation.
- Extract and validate product attributes.
- Enter and maintain data within the Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Support data quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Content teams.
- Assist in preparing customer attribute exports.
- Participate in project tracking and reporting activities.
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Data analysis and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Location: Skokie, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site in an office and engineering laboratory environment.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
