Intern - Project Management Team

About the role#

The Business Operations Team is seeking an intern to work onsite at the Maryland office. This role involves working directly with program managers and engineers on live workstreams, focusing on release management, program operations, data reporting, and hands-on hardware testing. You will contribute to deliverables that support both Dragos customers and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do#

• Assist with active project and program workstreams, including hardware operations and OEM integration, by maintaining status reports, process documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Work onsite in the Maryland lab to test and validate Dragos Platform appliance hardware, including firmware builds, sensor deployments, hardware intake, and inventory tracking.
• Support end-to-end release operations for the Dragos Platform by tracking issues, validating fixes, and producing release artifacts such as release notes and upgrade guides.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and business intelligence reporting by building and maintaining dashboards and operational reports.

What you'll need#

• Ability to work onsite in the Maryland area for the full duration of the internship.
• Prior coursework or experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Basic technical aptitude with computer hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
