Clinical Research - Intern

About the role#

This is a part-time internship role based in Houston, Texas, serving as a critical bridge between the product team and clinical partners. You will act as the on-the-ground product expert, supporting field deployments and ensuring that our AI-powered remote patient monitoring solutions are effectively integrated into healthcare environments. This position requires a high degree of independence and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including regular communication with our team based in India.

What you'll do#

• Serve as the primary on-the-ground product expert at customer and clinical sites.
• Assist with the planning and execution of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Deliver comprehensive product training sessions to clinical end-users and hospital staff.
• Systematically capture qualitative and quantitative product feedback to identify usability gaps and feature requests.
• Communicate effectively with product, engineering, and clinical teams to align on customer needs and technical resolutions.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools, including Google Workspace and video conferencing software.
• Reliable access to transportation and the ability to travel to various customer and clinical sites across the Houston area.
