Diversify Pathways Internship

About the role#

The Diversify Pathways Internship is a one-year, full-time, paid program designed to provide a deep, hands-on understanding of the wealth management industry. Interns rotate through key business functions to gain exposure to how a growing firm operates, supports clients, and scales its business. Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced professionals and receive regular mentorship to support your professional growth.

What you'll do#

• Rotate through Wealth Management Operations & Back Office, Asset Management & Portfolio Management, and Finance/Accounting.
• Perform real-world work while learning and following documented standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to projects that support the firm's growth and scalability.
• Engage in career exploration through mentorship and consistent feedback.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn the wealth management industry.
• Ability to effectively follow documented processes and SOPs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to contribute to meaningful projects and accept mentorship.
