About the role#
The Talent Acquisition internship provides hands-on experience in recruiting within a professional services firm. Interns work alongside the Talent Acquisition team on core initiatives, including candidate sourcing, early career recruiting, and interview scheduling. This role is designed for individuals seeking to contribute to impactful projects while gaining direct exposure to the recruitment lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Participate in planning for the Fall Campus Recruiting Season, including logistics and communications support.
- Create recruitment content and materials to attract new talent.
- Assist in scheduling candidate interviews.
- Source candidates for various roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and the Workable ATS.
- Update and maintain the internal Talent Acquisition website.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, survey tools, and design software such as Canva.
- Experience with AI systems like ChatGPT.
- Previous work experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems or SharePoint is preferred.
