Summer Student, Customer Care

About the role#

Day & Ross is seeking a Summer Student to join the Customer Care team in Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick. This full-time, temporary position runs from June to August 2026. This role is intended for students who will be returning to full-time studies in September 2026.

What you'll do#

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Open and maintain customer cases within Salesforce.
• Collect and process customer credit card transactions.
• Monitor and work toward meeting established performance KPIs, such as time to answer and call duration.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance individual and group performance.
• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.

What you'll need#

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively across various communication platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Understanding of relevant KPIs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Enrollment in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.
