F&B International Intern

About the role#

As an F&B International Intern at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, you will serve as a primary point of contact for guests. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is a full-time, paid internship position.

What you'll do#

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor to create a positive atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with guest needs.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Offer suggestions and recommendations regarding local attractions and dining.
• Resolve guest issues or concerns with a proactive approach.

What you'll need#

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
