EIC Undergraduate Intern - Strategic Consulting

About the role#

This educational internship offers hands-on experience in commercial real estate consulting. You will work directly with a high-performing team to observe daily operations, engage in specialized training, and apply academic concepts to real-world scenarios. The program focuses on location strategy, incentives procurement, portfolio intelligence, and human capital advisory. Please note that this is an unpaid, educational internship that does not guarantee future employment.

What you'll do#

• Deliver real estate and business advisory services to clients.
• Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for client reports and briefings.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including research and due diligence.
• Organize data into logical communications for client presentation materials.
• Support relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently while prioritizing deliverables under direct supervision.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to demonstrate recommended models.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Communications, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Proficiency in presentation and data tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills to translate data into clear messages.
