About the role#
CureMD is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join the team. This position offers the opportunity to gain insights into the full spectrum of human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. You will collaborate with experienced professionals on projects that support organizational objectives.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support HR initiatives such as policy updates, performance management processes, and employee wellness programs.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs while tracking participation.
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry standards to support strategic objectives.
- Suggest improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
