Operations Support Intern

About the role#

The Operations Support Intern joins the Rising Talent program within the Digital Brands Services (DBS) business unit. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in a global business environment with potential for transition into full-time employment. The role is open to students or graduates in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Logistics, Human Resources, or Operations Management.

What you'll do#

• Provide customer service to internal teams and manage both shared and individual assignments.
• Support multiple teams within the domains business and execute strategic domain projects.
• Research and analyze domain name industry information to support team objectives.
• Collaborate on process improvement projects to increase overall team efficiency.
• Build and maintain effective internal and external professional relationships.
• Manage daily workloads to ensure the protection and security of global internet brands.
• Participate in daily team meetings and huddles to review updates and discuss relevant tasks.

What you'll need#

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to persist until tasks are completed.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving capabilities focused on process improvement and critical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Ability to utilize order management platforms efficiently.

• Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States.
• Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Status: Paid, full-time internship with rolling terms.
