About the role#
The Operations Support Intern joins the Rising Talent program within the Digital Brands Services (DBS) business unit. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in a global business environment with potential for transition into full-time employment. The role is open to students or graduates in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Logistics, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service to internal teams and manage both shared and individual assignments.
- Support multiple teams within the domains business and execute strategic domain projects.
- Research and analyze domain name industry information to support team objectives.
- Collaborate on process improvement projects to increase overall team efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective internal and external professional relationships.
- Manage daily workloads to ensure the protection and security of global internet brands.
- Participate in daily team meetings and huddles to review updates and discuss relevant tasks.
What you'll need#
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to persist until tasks are completed.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving capabilities focused on process improvement and critical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States.
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship with rolling terms.
