About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to learn about the insurance industry by assisting the Personal Lines division with daily technical and clerical operations. This is a full-time, paid position based in Portland, Maine.

What you'll do#

• Assist with daily technical and clerical tasks.
• Support sales service teams with ad hoc Personal Lines projects.
• Manage Personal Lines processing and billing tasks.
• Conduct Google research to support networking and growth initiatives.
• Create and manage email communications.
• Provide training for the Account Manager role if interested.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience working with spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with professional email communication.
• Research skills using Google.
• Understanding of processing and billing within Personal Lines insurance.
• Ability to handle technical and clerical responsibilities.

• Location: Portland, Maine.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
• Term: Rolling.
