About the role#
As a Puerto Rico Intern, you will support the Trade Manager in the commercialization and sales execution of Noel, Compañía Nacional de Chocolates, and Colcafé products. This role provides experience in trade marketing, commercial follow-up, sales data analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and track promotional calendars, including communication with store sales representatives for promotional visits.
- Maintain ongoing communication with advertising and promotion agencies.
- Manage the inventory of premiums and promotional materials.
- Update sales information on a weekly basis.
- Review supermarket promotional ads weekly and conduct monthly price studies.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for various business units.
- Process invoices, track promotional investments, and handle documentation for new product listings.
- Create the monthly Nutresa News and assist with additional trade marketing tasks as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Interest in commercial, sales, or trade marketing functions.
