About the role#
The Project Management Sales Co-op focuses on field supervision of construction and service projects, cost estimation, and sales support. You will assist in managing projects from start to finish, resolving issues for customers and contractors, and supporting the sales engineering team with quotes and estimates to meet financial goals.
What you'll do#
- Act as a professional point of contact for job-related issues during construction.
- Manage the field installation and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate promptly with customers, contractors, and employees.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction blueprints for control systems.
- Participate in weekly job costing and project financial reviews.
- Provide leadership to field installers to support their competency and independence.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines under time constraints.
- HVAC or industrial system knowledge is preferred.
- Experience managing people or project financial budgets is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
