About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including background and reference checks.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS).
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist with training, projects, and employee initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
