Conair Aerial Firefighting is seeking motivated students for a temporary Student Learner position. This role provides hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification, working alongside industry experts in a professional aviation environment.
What you'll do#
- Perform supervised aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and modification tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist team members professionally and courteously to contribute to a positive work environment.
What you'll need#
- Grade 12 diploma and current enrollment in an AME-M course.
- Basic understanding of aircraft services and maintenance requirements.
- Experience working with tools, sheet metal, and mechanical or power machinery.
- Familiarity with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) regarding aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and follow instructions accurately.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
