Join the Integration Center team to streamline engineering operations by transforming workflows into clear, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support materials. This role focuses on modernizing how work is executed by building documentation and templates that improve consistency, quality, and onboarding efficiency. You will deliver tangible outcomes, including 3–5 approved SOPs, corresponding process maps, a template library, and a final process improvement report.
What you'll do#
- Observe day-to-day processes by shadowing engineering, QA, and operations teams.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to identify high-impact workflows.
- Document step-by-step procedures, including tools and troubleshooting guidance.
- Create process maps that illustrate handoffs, dependencies, and risk areas.
- Develop reusable templates and checklists for a centralized repository.
- Validate outputs with stakeholders and provide actionable process improvement recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Strong interest in technology, process improvement, and operational workflows.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a natural curiosity for technical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and translate complex workflows into clear instructions.
