About the role#
Commonwealth Credit Union offers a Fall 2026 internship for students seeking hands-on experience in a professional financial services environment. This role focuses on bridging the gap between academic study and practical application through project work, mentorship, and skill development.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote organizational goals and brand awareness.
- Create visual and written content for advertising, social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Design marketing materials and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Support social media management by developing content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results to provide insights on effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand-building initiatives and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with a major in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least two years toward a degree, with Junior or Senior status preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site at administrative offices in Frankfort, Kentucky.
- The internship is a paid, full-time opportunity for the Fall 2026 term.
- Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility available to accommodate academic commitments.
