Comfort Keepers of North Georgia is seeking CNAs and Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. This position offers flexible scheduling designed to accommodate students in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, and Pharmaceutical Sciences programs. This is a full-time, paid role that provides hands-on patient care experience.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide mobility and safety assistance.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and a TB skin test are required before orientation.
- Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and valid automobile insurance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles.
- Ability to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and drug testing.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold an approved work permit.
